What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you use SaveMeTutor, we collect the study materials (PDFs) you upload and the practice answers and progress you generate while studying — this is what lets us build and update your study plan and readiness scores.
Where your uploads go
Uploaded PDFs are sent to our server and processed by a third-party AI service (DeepSeek) to build your study plan. That processing happens on servers that may be located outside your country.
How long we keep things
Uploaded PDFs are used only transiently to run the compile job that builds your study plan — the file is removed from the compiler service once that job finishes. Your account data and the study plan generated from your material are stored on our own server (hosted with Hetzner, in the EU) for as long as your account is active.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal data or study materials to anyone, for any purpose.
